Have NOT been doing good at all. I'm ashamed to even write about my non-progress. Any words of encouragement or tips would be so helpful!

Go back and read your previous 100 post. Its very inspirational. Think about your goals. Do you have a monthly pass for WW's? If so go to an extra meeting, or weigh in early take your weight number and start the week over again. Plan you meals ahead of time. I find that if I plan my day in the morning and bring only the food that is good for me it is much easier to stay on track.
